Return & Refund Policy1. Physical Goods
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non‑returnable physical items:
Perishable goods
Custom or personalized items
Clearance or final‑sale items
2. Digital GoodsBecause digital products are delivered instantly, all sales of digital goods are final.
Refunds may be granted only if:
The file is defective or cannot be accessed
The wrong digital item was delivered
A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Order IssuesIf your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
